Showing up consistently on social media grows your audience and your sales — but doing it by hand, every day, across every platform, is exhausting. Crevio takes that off your plate. Connect your accounts once, then write, schedule, and publish to several platforms at the same time. Or simply ask Crevio to plan and write your posts for you.

Connect your accounts

Crevio works with the platforms you already use:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • X (Twitter)
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • Threads
  • Reddit
  • Bluesky
  • Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile posts go to your Business Profile, where customers find you on Google Search and Maps. They can carry text and a photo, but not a video.
1

Open Social

In your dashboard, go to Social and choose to connect an account.
2

Sign in to each platform

Pick a platform and sign in. You’ll approve Crevio to post on your behalf. Repeat for each account you want to connect.
3

You're ready to post

Once connected, your accounts appear whenever you create a post.
You can also connect from chat. Ask Crevio to post to a platform you haven’t connected, such as Instagram, and it shows a connect card that opens the Connectors dialog. When you finish connecting, you land back in the same chat and Crevio carries on with your request.
Instagram’s own sign-in screen doesn’t work for every professional account. If it shows an error, choose Connect through Facebook instead on the Instagram tile — it connects the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account, which works even when Instagram’s own screen won’t.

How many accounts you can connect

Social posting is part of a paid plan, and each plan includes a number of connected accounts: If you reach your limit, Crevio tells you when you try to connect another one. You can either disconnect an account you no longer post to, or upgrade your plan for more.
This counts the accounts you have connected, not how much you post. You can disconnect an account at any time to free up a slot.

Post to several platforms at once

Write your post once, choose which accounts it goes to, and Crevio publishes it everywhere you picked — no copying and pasting between apps.
1

Start a new post

In Social, create a new post. Add your words and any photos or videos.
2

Pick your platforms

Choose which connected accounts should receive it. You can tweak the wording per platform if you like.
3

Publish now or schedule

Post it straight away, or set a date and time for it to go out later.
Ask Crevio to write your posts. Try “write a week of posts about my new course and schedule one each morning.” Crevio drafts every post and lines them up on your calendar — you just review and approve.
Crevio can draft posts on its own, but it asks for your approval before it publishes or schedules one. To let it post without asking, choose Always allow on an approval card or in Customize > Connectors.

Set your posting times

Instead of picking a time for every post, give Crevio a few regular times and let each post take the next one.
1

Tell Crevio your times

Say something like “post at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.” Crevio uses your account’s time zone unless you name another one.
2

Add posts to your queue

When you have a post ready, say “add this to my queue.” It’s scheduled for the next free time, and the next post you add takes the time after that.
Ask “what are my posting times?” to check them. Setting new times replaces the old ones. Posts already in your queue keep the time they got, so move one by asking Crevio to reschedule it. You set posting times by asking Crevio. There’s no screen for them in the app. If you ask to queue a post before setting any times, Crevio tells you and the post isn’t scheduled.

See everything on your calendar

Socials in the sidebar shows every post you’ve scheduled or published on a calendar. Switch between Month, Week, Day, and List views, step forward and back with the arrows, and jump to Today at any time. Click a post to see its status — Scheduled, Publishing, Posted, Failed, or Disconnected (the account it was meant for has been disconnected) — and choose Change with AI to tell Crevio what to adjust. A Failed post shows why it didn’t go out; fix the cause (for example, reconnect the account) and click Try again to send it now. The List view shows what’s coming up, in the order it goes out. Drafts aren’t on the calendar until they’re scheduled.
Nothing scheduled yet? Click Schedule with AI and tell Crevio what to share. It writes the post, picks a good time, and schedules it to your channels. New post does the same any time.

Reply to and manage comments

Crevio brings your comments into one place so you can keep the conversation going without living in every app. Reply yourself, or let Crevio handle the replies for you.
1

Open your comments

In Social, view the comments coming in on your posts.
2

Reply, or let Crevio handle it

Type a reply, or ask Crevio to respond on your behalf — great for answering common questions and keeping fans engaged.
Tell Crevio “reply warmly to comments asking where to buy and send them the link” and it can keep up with replies while you focus on your business.

Extra tools for X (Twitter)

Beyond posting and replies, Crevio can search, look up, and engage on X directly on your connected account.
Ask Crevio things like “search X for people asking about pricing,” “follow @handle,” “bookmark this post,” or “retweet this” — Crevio handles the rest on your connected X account.
When a search turns up a post with a photo or video, Crevio can look at it directly — ask it to describe the chart in a post or check what’s in an image before you reply.

Ask Crevio from X

Once your X account is connected, you can give Crevio a job without opening Crevio at all. Post from your connected account and start the post with @crevioapp:
@crevioapp turn this thread into a landing page for my course
Crevio picks it up within a minute or so and works on it in a new chat in your account. If your post replies to or quotes someone else’s post, Crevio reads that post too, so “@crevioapp is this true?” under a claim works the way you’d expect. When it’s finished, @crevioapp replies under your post:
  • When the answer is fine to say in public — an explanation, an idea, a fact check — the reply is the answer itself.
  • When it isn’t — anything about your customers, orders, sales, or plans — the reply only says it’s done (“done! Everything’s waiting for you in Crevio”) and the details stay in the chat.
  • When something needs your OK, the reply says so. Anything that would change your business waits for you to approve it in Crevio.
Only posts that begin with @crevioapp count. Mentioning @crevioapp in the middle of a post, or replying in a thread @crevioapp is already in, doesn’t start a job. This needs the Pro plan or higher. You can send up to 10 requests an hour, and they use credits like any other chat, plus a few for reading your post from X.
The chat these requests start in is yours alone — teammates don’t see it in their chat list. Each X conversation keeps its own chat, so a follow-up in the same thread carries on where the last request left off.

Let Crevio answer your own mentions

Crevio can also keep an eye on posts that mention your X account and reply where a reply helps — a product question, a “where can I buy this?”, a fact someone got wrong about you. Praise, jokes, and noise usually get no reply, and that’s on purpose: a public reply is permanent, so silence is always an acceptable answer. To set it up, open Scheduled in the sidebar, click the arrow next to Create, choose Start from a template, and pick X brand presence. Or just tell Crevio in chat: “watch my X mentions and reply where it helps.” How it behaves:
  • Replies wait for your OK at first. The job starts on ask me first, so you approve each reply before it goes out. Switch it to do it automatically once you trust it. See how much freedom Crevio has.
  • New posts stay drafts. If Crevio thinks something deserves its own post rather than a reply, it saves a draft for you to review — even when the job runs automatically.
  • Some things come to you instead. Refunds, questions about one person’s order or account, complaints that need a decision, and legal, security, or press questions are never answered in public. Crevio lists them in its report so you can handle them.
  • You set the rules. Crevio follows a reply policy it keeps in its memory: what to answer, what to skip, and how you sound. Tell it “never reply to competitors” or “keep replies under one sentence” and it updates the policy for next time.
This needs the Pro plan or higher. Crevio checks for new mentions every few minutes. Each check that finds new mentions uses a few credits, because X charges for reading them. Checks that find nothing are free.

Work with creators and influencers

Ask “find 10 micro influencers for my candle brand and what to pay them”. Crevio looks at public profiles and posts, works out each creator’s engagement from their recent posts, and gives you a short list with how to contact them. Rates are a range based on typical market prices, not a quote, so treat them as a starting point to negotiate from. A creator with no public contact is marked “DM only” rather than guessed. Crevio can also write the one-page brief (including the paid-partnership label) and a short first message, and keep one list of who you have contacted so nobody is approached twice. It never sends anything to a creator without your approval. If you ask for a spreadsheet, it makes a new sheet and never edits one you already have.

LinkedIn outreach

Crevio can post to LinkedIn, but it can’t send LinkedIn messages, connection requests or InMail. If you ask it to message people there, it tells you so and writes everything for you to send yourself: a few days of warm-up, the connection note, the first message and two follow-ups for each person, with a link to their profile. For an automatic first message, Crevio writes the outreach as an email instead.

See how your posts perform

Crevio shows you how your posts are doing — views, likes, comments, and more — so you can see what your audience loves and do more of it. You can even ask Crevio “what worked best last month?” for a plain-language summary.

If something goes wrong

Each platform has its own rules (for example, some need a video instead of a photo, or have length limits). Crevio will tell you if a post couldn’t go out and why. Adjust it and try again.
Posts with several photos or a video — like an Instagram carousel — can take up to a couple of minutes to fully go live once you hit publish. That’s normal; give it a moment rather than assuming it’s stuck or resending it. Crevio only marks a post Failed if the platform actually rejects it.
Each plan includes a set number of connected social accounts. Disconnect one you’re no longer posting to, or upgrade your plan to connect more. See how many accounts you can connect.
Social platforms sometimes log you out for security, usually because the login expired. Crevio keeps the account in your list and marks it as needing attention instead of removing it. Open the platform in Social, then click Reconnect and sign in again (for an ad account, re-enter its API key). Posting starts working again as soon as you’ve reconnected, and reconnecting doesn’t use up an extra slot on your plan.
Some professional accounts can’t get past Instagram’s own sign-in screen. On the Instagram tile, choose Connect through Facebook instead — it authorizes the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account, which works even when Instagram’s own dialog won’t.
If you connected your TikTok account a while ago, it may be on an older connection type that TikTok no longer allows Crevio to read comments through. Go to Social, reconnect your TikTok account, and comments will start coming in again.
Check that the account is still connected and that the post wasn’t saved as a draft. Reconnect if needed and reschedule.
Check that the post starts with @crevioapp, that you posted it from the X account connected to Crevio — posts from any other account are ignored — and that you’re on the Pro plan or higher. If you’ve sent more than 10 requests in the last hour, wait a little and post again.
You’re always in control. Turn off automatic replies and handle comments yourself whenever you prefer.
