Some answers are too big for a chat message. A quarterly breakdown, a launch plan, a competitor comparison, a dashboard you want to check again next week — you don’t want to scroll back through a conversation to find it. Ask Crevio for it as a page instead. It builds a proper web page, puts it at its own link, and hands you the link. You open it, bookmark it, and share it.

Why you’d use it

  • You want to keep the answer. A page has a stable link. The chat moves on; the page stays where you left it.
  • You want to share it. Send the link to a teammate, or make it public and send it to anyone.
  • You want it to look like something. Charts you can hover, tables you can sort, a layout you’d be happy to put in front of someone.

Ask for one

Just say what you want and that you want it as a page:
  • “Put last quarter’s revenue by product into a page I can share with my accountant.”
  • “Make me a page comparing the three email tools you just researched.”
  • “Build a dashboard page of this month’s orders, refunds, and top customers.”
Crevio builds it, publishes it, and replies with the link and a preview image so you can see what you’re getting before you click. Every page opens on your business’s own page address, like yourbusiness.crevio.page/q3-revenue; live pages stay on crevio.co. Links to pages shared before that still work: they forward to the new address.
If you want the page to live at a memorable address, say so: “call it q3-revenue”. That becomes the last part of the link.

Choose who can open it

Every page has one of three access settings. Crevio asks if it isn’t obvious, and you can change it later by asking, or on the Pages screen. With Specific people, turn on Only these people to keep account admins out too. Then only the people you named and the page’s access manager can open it. Admins still see the page on the Pages screen and can change who has access. Every page has an access manager: the person who asked for it. They can always open the page, even when it’s limited to named people, for as long as they’re on your team. Pages from before this existed are managed by the account owner.
A page is only made public when you actually ask for a public link. If you don’t say, Crevio keeps it to your team.
A public page can also turn up in search results. Team-only and restricted pages are never indexed by search engines — they can’t be read without signing in. If someone without access opens the link, they’re asked to sign in. If they sign in and still don’t have access, the page simply looks like it doesn’t exist — the link itself never confirms there’s something there. To share a page with a teammate who isn’t on your account yet, invite them to your team first, then ask Crevio to give them access.

Change or remove a page

  • Update it — “add September to the revenue page”. Crevio republishes it at the same link, so anything you’ve already shared keeps working, the preview image included.
  • Remove it — “delete the q3-revenue page”. The link stops working immediately. Publishing again under the same name brings it back.
  • See what you have — “what pages have I published?”, or open Pages in the sidebar.

Manage your pages

The Pages screen lists every page on your account with who can open it and who manages it. Search by name, or filter by access or by access manager. Account admins can use it. From a page’s menu you can:
  • Change access — pick who can open it. Select several pages with their checkboxes to change them all at once.
  • Rename link — change the last part of the link. The page moves to the new link and the old one stops working, so share the new link again.
  • Duplicate — make a copy at a new link, with the same access. You manage the copy. A copy of a live dashboard needs an admin’s approval again before it reads data.
  • Version history — see earlier versions and restore one. See below.
  • Transfer access manager — hand the page to another teammate.
  • Custom domain and badge — put a public page on your own web address, and show or hide its badge. See below.
  • Delete page — the link stops working right away.

Put your pages on your own web address

There are two ways to use your own address. All your pages on one address. Ask Crevio in chat, for example “put my reports on reports.yourbrand.com”. It connects the address and tells you the DNS record to add at your domain provider. Once the domain is verified, usually within minutes, every page you publish opens at reports.yourbrand.com/page-name. Each page keeps its own access: public pages open for anyone, and team-only or named-people pages ask the visitor to sign in first, then open only for the people allowed to see them. Changing who can see a page takes effect right away. Each business has one address like this. Live pages keep their crevio.co link. One public page on an address. Open the page’s menu, choose Custom domain and badge, and pick one of your domains or type a new one. The page then opens at the address itself, like launch.yourbrand.com. Only public pages can be used this way, and each address shows one page. Either way, the page’s link becomes your address, and its crevio.page link keeps working too. The “Powered by Crevio” badge

Public pages show a small Powered by Crevio link in the corner. Team-only pages never do. On the Business plan you can hide it from the same Custom domain and badge menu. The Business plan also removes Crevio’s footer from the emails your customers get, such as order confirmations, and the Powered by Crevio link from your customers’ library.

Version history

Each time a page is republished or a version is restored, Crevio keeps the version it replaced. The last 10 are kept. Open one to see it as it was, or Restore it to put it back at the same link. Restoring keeps the version it replaced, so you can always undo it. You can also ask Crevio: “put the revenue page back the way it was yesterday.”

Live dashboards

A page can also be live: instead of a snapshot, it asks your connected tools for fresh numbers each time someone opens it. Ask for it that way — “build me a live dashboard of PostHog traffic and today’s orders.”
  • Read-only. A live page can only read. It can never send, change, or spend anything.
  • Team connections only. It uses the connections your whole team shares, not anyone’s personal account.
  • An admin approves it once. The first time, an account admin approves what the page is allowed to read, and that covers everyone who opens it. If an admin published it from their own chat, that counts as approval. Otherwise the page shows an approval bar to admins until someone approves.
  • Never public. Live pages are for your team or named people only, so your data never goes out to anyone with the link.
  • Fallback when it can’t load. The preview image and any place that can’t run the page show its fallback content instead of an error.

Images in the chat

Sometimes you just want to see something, not keep a link: “show me this pricing table as an image.” Crevio lays it out the same way it builds a page, turns it into a sharp image, and posts it right in the chat, ready to drop into a slide, a post, or a message.

What a page is (and isn’t)

A page is one self-contained document. It’s the right answer for a report, a brief, a plan, a comparison, an interactive chart, or a dashboard built from a snapshot of your data, or a live dashboard that reads your connected tools each time it’s opened. It is not the right answer for a storefront, a signup flow, a members area, or anything that needs to save what visitors type or show live data from your own customers. That’s a site or app — ask for one of those instead and Crevio will build it properly.
Pages are capped at 2 MB, which is far more than a text-and-charts report needs. If Crevio is building something big enough to hit that, it’s probably a site.

If something goes wrong

Tell Crevio what’s wrong and ask it to republish. Pages have to carry everything with them, so an image that lives somewhere else can occasionally fail to load — Crevio can rebuild it with the image included.
A normal page is a snapshot. For numbers that stay current, ask for a live dashboard instead. Or set up a recurring job: “every Monday, rebuild my orders dashboard page.” Crevio republishes it at the same link each time.
A live page can’t read your data until an account admin approves it. Admins see an Approve bar at the top of the page. If a team member or a scheduled job published it, ask an admin to open the page and approve it.
