Crevio integrates with over 3,000 apps so your AI assistant can take action across the tools you already use. Connect your accounts once and let Crevio automate tasks like sending emails, updating spreadsheets, posting to social media, syncing CRM records, and more.

How it works

Connected apps let your AI assistant interact with third-party services on your behalf. When you ask the assistant to do something that involves an external tool — like “send a welcome email via Mailchimp” or “add this customer to my HubSpot CRM” — it can connect to that service and take action directly. You don’t have to know which app does the job. Describe the outcome — “text me when an order comes in”, “put new leads in a spreadsheet” — and the assistant works out which of your connected apps can do it, or suggests one to connect if none can yet.
1

Browse or search for an app

Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard. Browse popular apps by category or search for a specific tool.
2

Connect your account

Click Connect on any app that supports OAuth. A secure authorization window opens where you sign in to the third-party service and grant Crevio access.
3

Use it through your AI assistant

Once connected, your AI assistant can use the app when relevant. Just describe what you need in the chat — the assistant handles the rest.

Categories

Apps are organized into categories to make browsing easier:

What your assistant can do with an app

Most apps come with a set of ready-made actions — send an email, create a row, post a message. Your assistant uses those first. When what you’re asking for isn’t one of the ready-made actions — a narrower search, an unusual setting, a corner of the app most people never touch — the assistant can go to the app directly instead of telling you it’s not possible. You don’t have to do anything differently; just ask for what you want.
Either way, the same rules apply: anything that sends, spends, or changes something waits for your approval first, and your sign-in details are never shared with the assistant. See automation for how approvals work.

Managing connections

Naming a connection

If you connect two accounts of the same app — a work Gmail and a support Gmail, say — give each one a name so you can tell them apart. Just ask your assistant: “call that one support gmail”. The name is what it uses when it asks which account to act on, so pick something you’d recognize at a glance.

When a connection stops working

Apps sometimes cut off access on their own — you changed your password, an admin revoked the app, or the permission simply expired. When that happens the connection isn’t thrown away: it’s marked as needing attention, so your naming and approval settings stay put. Connect the app again from Settings > Integrations and everything picks up where it left off. Until you do, anything that depends on that app won’t run — your assistant will tell you which one to reconnect.

Disconnecting an app

To revoke access, go to Settings > Integrations, find the connected app, and click Disconnect. Crevio will immediately stop accessing that service.

Connecting through the AI chat

Your AI assistant can also prompt you to connect an app on the fly. If you ask the assistant to perform a task that requires an app you haven’t connected yet, it will show you a connect button right in the chat. This works outside the dashboard too. If you’re chatting with your assistant on Slack, Discord, or Telegram, it sends you a link that opens Crevio with that connection ready to set up. Follow it, approve the app, and your assistant can use it as soon as you’re done.
All credentials are encrypted and stored securely. You can revoke access to any connected app at any time.
