Set up your brand
You don’t fill in a form. The first time your assistant needs your brand, it sets it up with you:- It starts from what it can already see: your Crevio site, your existing website, and anything you’ve shared in chat.
- It asks for what’s still missing, a few questions at a time: your colors (as exact codes like
#173b58), your heading and body fonts, how rounded and roomy things should feel, how you sound, your tagline, and a short description of your business. - It asks you to send your logo and font files in the chat. An SVG logo plus a PNG works best, and
.woff2files for fonts. If you don’t have a font file, the font’s name on Google Fonts is enough. - It shows you the finished brand, including anything still missing.
Change your brand
Tell your assistant. “Our brand color is #0f766e” or “we use Playfair Display for headings” updates your brand kit. Your assistant changes only what you mention; everything else stays as it was. To see what’s in your brand kit, ask your assistant to show it to you.How your assistant uses it
Before it makes something customer-facing, your assistant reads your brand kit and takes its colors, fonts, logo and wording from it. That covers:- your website’s pages and the preview image shown when someone shares a link
- email templates
- social posts and ad images
- videos
- PDFs, Word documents and slide decks, including the welcome PDF a new teammate gets when Crevio introduces itself
Limits
- One brand per account. Every teammate’s work uses the same brand kit.
- There’s no Brand page in Settings. This is by design: you set and change your brand by telling your assistant.
- Your assistant never makes up a brand value. If your brand has no accent color and a design needs one, it asks you or tells you what it added. The one exception is a brand-new business you asked it to create a brand for.
- Your existing site isn’t restyled on its own. Changing a color affects what your assistant makes next. To update your live site, ask your assistant to apply the new brand to it.
- Emails need your logo online. An email can’t read files on your assistant’s computer, so the first time it puts your logo in an email, your assistant uploads the logo to your files and uses that link from then on.
Common problems
- A post or PDF used the wrong color. Ask your assistant to show your brand kit. If the value there is wrong, tell it the right one and ask for the item again. If the value is right, tell your assistant which color it got wrong.
- A font looks different from what I chose. The name has to match a Google Fonts family exactly, or send your assistant the font file.
- Your assistant keeps asking about your brand. Send the missing logo or values once, or say “skip for now”. It only asks about what’s missing.
