Calendly knows the call, Crevio knows the customer
Calendly is good at one thing: letting people pick a time. What it can't tell you is whether the person on your 11:00 bought your course last spring, or whether last month's discovery calls produced any sales. That information lives in your store.
With Calendly connected, Crevio puts the two side by side. Before a call you get a short brief with what the invitee has bought. After a month of calls you can ask which ones turned into customers and get an actual answer, not a guess.
Paid sessions without the loophole
A common problem with selling coaching through Calendly is the public booking page. Anyone who finds the link can book a slot meant for paying clients. Crevio fixes this by creating single-use links. When someone pays for a session, Crevio makes a link that works exactly once and emails it to them. Your public page can stay open for free intro calls only.
The same trick helps with no-shows and cancellations. Crevio can mark someone as a no-show, cancel a block of calls when your plans change, and follow up with a fresh one-time link so the client can rebook without writing to you first.
What to expect
Reading your calls and invitees happens automatically. Anything that changes Calendly, like cancelling an event, creating a link, or marking a no-show, asks for your approval by default, and you can relax that per action once you trust it.
Crevio doesn't edit your availability, event types, or team settings. Those stay in Calendly, where you already manage them.
