Credits are how AI work is measured. Everything the AI does for you — building your website, writing product pages, generating images, sending marketing emails, researching the web — draws from one balance, and bigger jobs cost more than small ones. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and Pro and Business let you pick a larger one as your business grows.

Your business keeps running. Your website stays online, checkout stays open, and orders and payments are unaffected — only new AI work pauses until there is balance again. On a paid plan you can top up at any time, or switch on automatic top-ups so the balance refills before it runs dry. Otherwise your allowance refreshes at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, for one billing cycle. Plan credits you don't use carry over to the next cycle, and the carried-over credits are used first, before the new allowance. Whatever is still unused at the end of that next cycle expires, so your balance can hold up to two months of plan credits. Credits you buy as top-ups, and bonus credits like signup, referral, and promotional credits, never expire and stay in your account while it's active.

You can roll back changes, edit anything the AI produced, or just tell it to redo something. Crevio is built so you always stay in control — nothing the AI does is permanent without your sign-off on the important stuff.

Crevio automatically handles subscription cancellations and payment failures. When this happens, subscribers immediately lose access to your content, keeping it exclusive to paying members only.

Currently, Crevio does not serve as a Merchant of Record (MoR), but we're exploring the possibility of becoming one in the future based on our customers' needs.
