What changes when Stripe runs through Crevio
Stripe is where the money moves. Crevio is where you run the rest: products, customers, courses, memberships, bookings. Connecting the two means the agent sees a payment and the person behind it at the same time. When a customer writes "I was charged twice", Crevio can find both orders, check which product they were for, and refund the right one, without you logging in anywhere.
The same goes for subscriptions. Pausing a member who is traveling, giving a discount to someone about to cancel, or resuming a paused plan takes one sentence each. You say who and what, and Crevio does it against the live subscription.
Everyday work you can hand off
Most merchants start with three things. First, refunds and cancellations, because those requests arrive at bad times. Second, invoices for custom work like coaching packages or workshop licenses, which Crevio can create, send, and void. Third, a weekly money summary that pulls revenue, refunds, and subscription changes into one message.
Once that feels comfortable, add tasks that react to your store. When a subscription goes past due, Crevio can email the customer before the plan lapses. When a refund goes through, it can tag the customer so patterns across products become visible over time.
Where the limits are
The agent reads orders but doesn't create or edit them, since orders only come from real checkouts. It can't touch payouts or bank details: you manage those yourself in the dashboard. Refunds and subscription changes run right away unless you turn on approval for them, so decide early how much you want to review before anything reaches a customer's card.
