Why a CRM goes stale
Most coaches and course sellers set up HubSpot with good intentions, then stop updating it. A client buys a package, books six sessions, asks for a refund, or signs up for the next program, and none of it reaches the CRM unless someone types it in. After a month, the pipeline no longer matches reality.
Crevio fixes the input problem. It already sees every order, booking, subscription, and refund in your store. With HubSpot connected, it can write those facts to the right contact as they happen: a note for each purchase, a meeting for each booking, a task when a subscription is canceled.
Using it day to day
The quickest win is a purchase rule: when a payment goes through, create or update the contact and log what they bought. From there, add rules that match how you sell. High-ticket coaches often create a deal when a client finishes a starter package. Course sellers tend to care more about tags, lifecycle stages, and enrolling buyers in a sequence.
You can also just ask. "Which deals haven't moved in 30 days?" or "who booked a discovery call but never bought?" gets you a short answer drawn from HubSpot and your store together.
Approvals and limits
HubSpot is a connected app, so Crevio reads freely but asks before writing, unless you've allowed a specific action to run on its own. Approve in the Crevio app, Slack, Telegram, Discord, or from an email link.
Crevio doesn't create orders in your store from HubSpot deals. Your checkout stays the source of truth for payments, and HubSpot reflects it. Sequences, workflows, and some marketing features depend on your HubSpot plan, so Crevio can only use the ones your account includes.
