Run paid Zoom workshops without the spreadsheet of registrants

Crevio registers ticket buyers for your Zoom sessions, checks who actually attended, and reads the transcript once the call ends. The admin around every live class and coaching call happens in one conversation.

Register everyone who bought a ticket to Saturday's pricing workshop for the Zoom meeting.

Jobs Crevio takes off your plate in Zoom

Ask the way you would ask an assistant. Crevio does the lookups, the writing, and the clicking.

1

Register buyers the moment they pay

You say

Create a Zoom meeting for my Saturday 10:00 workshop and register everyone who bought a ticket.

Crevio creates the meeting, pulls the paid orders for that ticket, and adds each buyer as a registrant so their join details are ready well before Saturday.

2

Know who showed up

You say

Who bought a ticket to last Thursday's webinar but never joined?

Crevio compares the webinar attendance report with your orders and returns two lists, attendees and no-shows, with the option to tag both groups in your store.

3

Send clients a recap they'll actually read

You say

Summarize my call with Priya this morning and email her the three action items we agreed on.

Crevio reads the transcript, writes a short recap in your voice, and drafts the email to Priya for you to check before it goes.

4

Turn webinar questions into content

You say

Take the Q&A from yesterday's webinar and draft a blog post answering the five most common questions.

Crevio pulls the questions attendees asked, groups the repeats, and drafts a blog post you can edit and publish from Crevio.

5

Move a live session without chaos

You say

Push Tuesday's office hours to 15:00 and let the registered customers know.

The Zoom meeting time is updated, and Crevio emails the customers who bought access with the new time.

Runs on its own

Any job can become a task that runs on a schedule or the moment something happens.

Register them for the matching Zoom meeting so their join details are waiting for them.

    Every weekday at 18:00

Collect today's coaching call summaries into one note, with the follow-ups you promised each client.

Why connect Zoom to Crevio

If you sell live things, like workshops, cohort calls, group coaching, or one-to-one sessions, Zoom is where the product is delivered and Crevio is where it's sold. Without a link between the two, you end up copying buyer emails into registration forms and cross-checking attendance by hand.

Once Zoom is connected, Crevio handles that middle part. It creates the meeting, registers the people who paid, and afterwards reads the attendance report so it knows who came. Because it also has your orders and customers, it can do something Zoom can't: treat attendees and no-shows differently in the follow-up.

After the call is where the value is

Most of the work around a live session happens after it ends. Crevio can read the transcript of a coaching call and write the client a recap with the actions you agreed on. It can go through a webinar's Q&A and turn the repeated questions into a blog post or a better sales page. It can tag everyone who attended so your next offer goes only to people who showed up.

You describe the outcome, for example "send everyone who stayed to the end a code for the advanced course", and Crevio does the lookups across Zoom and your store.

Limits worth knowing

Crevio doesn't attend meetings, record them, or take live notes. Everything after the call depends on what Zoom saved. If cloud recording and transcripts are off, there's nothing to read. Webinar features also depend on your Zoom plan, so check that before building a workshop funnel around them.

Set up in three steps

  1. 01

    Connect Zoom

Sign in to Zoom from Crevio. It takes a few seconds and you can disconnect any time.

  2. 02

    Ask for what you need

Describe the job in plain language. Crevio works out which steps it takes and shows you what it did.

  3. 03

    Let it run

Turn anything you asked for once into a task that repeats on a schedule or runs when something happens.

Questions about Zoom and Crevio

No. Crevio never sits in on a meeting. It works with what Zoom already saved, such as cloud recordings, transcripts, attendance reports, and meeting summaries.

Transcripts only exist if the meeting was recorded to the cloud with audio transcripts turned on in Zoom. Local recordings and free Zoom accounts don't produce them. Meeting summaries likewise need Zoom's own AI summary switched on.

Meetings work on any plan you can connect. Webinar registration, attendance reports, and Q&A need a Zoom Webinars license on your account.

Creating, changing, or deleting a meeting asks for your approval by default. Reading your meetings, attendance, and transcripts happens without asking.

No. Connecting apps is included in every plan. The work the AI does draws from your plan's monthly credits, and you can start free without a credit card.

You decide what Crevio may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can change that per action at any time. Every step it takes is listed in the chat, so you can see exactly what happened.

Open Integrations in your Crevio settings and disconnect it. Crevio loses access straight away.
