The problem with selling through Drive links
Lots of creators deliver templates, workbooks, and resource folders through Google Drive. It works until it doesn't. Someone forwards the link, access requests pile up from people who never paid, and refunded customers keep their files forever because nobody remembered to remove them.
Crevio fixes the parts that need your store. It knows who bought what, so it can approve access requests from buyers and turn down the rest. It knows who was refunded, so it can remove their access to the folder. You stop checking email addresses against your order list by hand.
A client folder for every sale
If you sell coaching or done-with-you services, Drive is usually where the shared work lives. Crevio can set up a folder for each new client the moment they pay: copied from your template, with their name and start date filled into the workbook, and shared with their email. Later, you can ask it to reply to the comments clients leave in their docs, or to save a call recap into the right folder.
Reading and searching Drive happens automatically. Anything that changes your files or sharing asks for your approval by default, which matters most for deletes and permissions. You can loosen that per action once a routine is working.
What to keep in Drive, and what not to
Crevio doesn't edit existing documents line by line, and it isn't a replacement for Google Sheets when you need to work with rows and formulas. Connect Sheets for that. And if you sell the same file to hundreds of people, a Crevio digital download is easier than sharing a folder with each buyer.
