Why connect Trello
Selling a digital download is simple: someone pays, the file arrives. Selling custom work is not. A logo package, a commissioned illustration, or a coaching program has to be made after the order comes in, and the order and the work usually live in two different places. You end up copying names from your store into Trello and hoping nothing slips through.
Crevio connects the two. When a custom order is paid, it creates a card on your board with the customer, the product, and the price, plus a checklist for what you need to deliver. Bookings can do the same on a coaching board. Your board becomes the list of paid work, not a list you maintain by hand.
Keeping the board moving
Once orders arrive as cards, Crevio can help you stay on top of them. Ask which cards haven't moved in a week and it lists them with what each customer paid. When you finish a piece, tell Crevio to move the card to Delivered and it can also email the customer from your store inbox. A Monday check can do this for you and send the stalled list before your week starts.
It's also useful beyond orders. Describe a launch and Crevio builds a board with a list per week, cards for each task, and checklists on every card.
What to expect
Changes to your board wait for your approval by default, and you can relax that for jobs you trust. Crevio archives cards rather than deleting them. It doesn't set up Butler rules or Power-Ups, and it only works on boards your Trello account belongs to.
