Outlook plus your store, not Outlook on its own
Plenty of creators run their business on Microsoft 365, often because they came from a corporate job or sell to companies. Outlook is where training inquiries, invoice questions, and partner contracts arrive. The answer to most of them sits in your store: what the person bought, what a discount would cost, whether a checkout link already exists.
Crevio connects the two. It reads the email, finds the customer, and can take action in your store as part of the reply. A request for twelve team seats becomes a discount, a checkout link, and a drafted answer in one step, instead of three apps and a calculator.
Built for shared inboxes
If you and an assistant share a support@ mailbox, Crevio can work through it too. Ask what's unanswered, and you get a list sorted by wait time with each sender's order history. Ask it to file refund requests into a folder with a category, and it does that in bulk. Categories and folders stay exactly as Outlook shows them, so your assistant sees the same order.
Reading, searching, and sorting happen straight away. Sending mail, drafting, and changing contacts ask for your approval by default. Once you're comfortable, you can let specific actions run on their own.
What it won't do
Crevio doesn't send newsletters or bulk campaigns through Outlook. Broadcasts go through Crevio's own email tools, which handle unsubscribes and sending limits. It also doesn't manage your Outlook calendar or Teams chats. This connection is about mail and contacts.
