The gap between your list and your store
Mailchimp knows who opens your emails. Your store knows who paid. For most creators those two facts never meet, so the course launch goes to people who bought it last month and your best customers get the same generic newsletter as everyone else.
Crevio closes that gap. It reads your orders, subscriptions, and refunds, finds the matching people in your Mailchimp audience, and keeps their tags and segments honest. When you ask for a campaign, it writes it with the right product, price, and link, because it's reading them from the store instead of guessing.
Setting it up so it runs itself
Start with one rule: when someone pays, tag them in Mailchimp with the product name. Crevio adds new buyers or updates existing subscribers as orders come in. After a few weeks your segments line up with real purchases, and "email everyone who bought the beginner course" becomes a single request.
Add a second rule for cancellations. When a member's subscription ends, Crevio swaps their member tag for a win-back tag, so your existing Mailchimp journeys send the right follow-up.
Staying in control
Because Mailchimp is a connected app, every change Crevio makes there asks for your approval first: new subscribers, tags, campaign drafts, and especially sends. You can approve from the Crevio app, Slack, or an email link, and switch routine actions like tagging to run without asking once you trust them.
Crevio doesn't build Mailchimp's own automation journeys or design templates from scratch in the Mailchimp editor. It works with the audiences, tags, segments, and campaigns you already have.
