Stay up to date with what's new in Crevio. ## September 2026 ### See who you can't email, and why **Email** > **Suppressions** shows the addresses your emails skip -- bounced, marked spam, unsubscribed, or added by you -- with the reason for each and a count per reason. Add an address yourself when someone asks to stop hearing from you, or remove one when they ask to be added back. See [email marketing](/docs/features/email-marketing). ### Email numbers for everything you send **Email** > **Analytics** rolls up broadcasts and one-to-one replies together over the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months -- sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and how many recipients were skipped -- with a sending-volume chart and a broadcast-versus-one-to-one breakdown. Opens and clicks stay broadcast-only: a personal reply carries no tracking, on purpose. ## August 2026 ### Get an answer as a page, not a wall of chat Ask for a report, a plan, a comparison, or a dashboard and Crevio can publish it as a real web page with its own link -- charts you can hover, tables you can sort, a layout worth putting in front of someone. Keep it to your team, share it with named teammates, or make it public. Ask for a change and it republishes at the same link. See [Pages](/docs/features/pages). ### Teach Crevio a task by showing it Crevio has its own computer, and now you can record yourself using it. Choose **Teach a task** in the chat, do the job the way you normally would, and stop. Crevio watches the recording back, works out the steps, and writes itself a reusable skill -- then runs it on its own next time. Correct it in chat if it got a step wrong. See [Teach Crevio new skills](/docs/features/skills). ### See everything your assistant has learned The Skills page now shows what your assistant taught *itself*, alongside the skills you installed from the library and any you uploaded. Remove anything you don't want it using. You can also browse the files it keeps -- read-only, properly formatted, so you can see what it's actually working from. ### Ask it to come back to you later For a one-off follow-up -- *"remind me Thursday to chase the supplier"*, *"check back in two hours and tell me if that campaign got clicks"* -- Crevio now schedules itself instead of you setting up a recurring job. At the time you named, the same conversation picks itself back up with everything it already knows. Times are read in your own timezone. ### Files come straight to you in chat When Crevio makes a file for you -- an export, a document, a generated asset -- it now hands it over in the conversation, ready to open or download, instead of describing where it went. ### A calmer, clearer chat Messages now sit in bubbles with time separators between them, so a long conversation is easy to scan. The steps Crevio takes along the way are quieter and tidier, code stands out properly, and when you mention one of your assistants by name it's highlighted and linked. ### Review what has access to your account A new **Settings** > **Applications** page lists every outside tool signed in to your business -- what it can do, who authorized it, and when. Revoke cuts it off for your whole team at once, across every connection it holds. Settings are now grouped into Administration, Features, and Personal, so things are easier to find. ### A faster app Clicking through the sidebar is now instant -- pages respond immediately instead of pausing first. Your assistant's computer also warms up in the background, so the first message of the day gets a reply far quicker than it used to. ### More for developers Checkout defaults -- tax behavior, allowed countries, which inputs buyers see -- are now readable and editable over the API at `/v1/checkout_configuration`. See [the checkouts guide](/docs/developer/guides/checkouts#account-wide-checkout-settings). ### Your assistant finds the right app for the job Describe what you want done -- "text me when an order comes in", "put new leads in a spreadsheet" -- and Crevio works out which of your [connected apps](/docs/integrations/connected-apps) can do it. If none can yet, it names one you could connect instead of telling you it isn't possible. ### Apps reach further than their standard actions Every connected app ships with a set of ready-made actions. When what you need isn't one of them -- a narrower search, an unusual setting, a corner of the app most people never touch -- your assistant can now go to the app directly instead of giving up. Approvals work exactly as before: anything that sends, spends, or changes something still waits for you. ### Name your connections Connect two accounts of the same app and you can tell them apart -- "work gmail" and "support gmail". Ask your assistant to name one, and that's what it uses when it checks which account to act on. ### Connections that need attention say so When an app cuts off access -- a changed password, a revoked permission -- the connection is now flagged as needing a reconnect rather than quietly failing. Your naming and approval settings survive, so reconnecting picks up where you left off. ### Connect apps straight from Slack, Discord, or Telegram Ask your assistant to connect an app while you're chatting on Slack, Discord, or Telegram and it sends you a secure sign-in link right there -- no switching back to the web app. ## July 2026 ### Your app's data, handled safely Apps your AI assistant builds now get a proper safety net around the information they store. Crevio builds and tests against a separate practice copy that holds none of your real data, then applies the change to your live app in one clean step when you publish. Before it does, it tells you what will change in plain words — and anything that would delete saved information stops and asks you first, naming exactly what would go. ### Roll back a site or app — data included Undo a bad update by going back to a previously published version. If the update changed what your app stores, Crevio can rewind that alongside the code, so your app never ends up running old logic against new data. ### A daily check-in on your business Once a day, Crevio sweeps your revenue, orders, leads, customers, refunds, top products, and site traffic against the period before — and surfaces what it notices as insights on your dashboard. It can turn any of them into a job to follow up, and anything that sends, spends, or reaches your customers still waits for your approval. ### Domains renew themselves Web addresses bought through Crevio now renew automatically and track their own expiry date, so your site can't go dark because a renewal slipped. If a purchase ever fails at the registry, you're refunded and notified right away. ### Clearer plan allowances Connected social accounts and ad accounts now come with a per-plan allowance you're told about when you connect — social posting starts on Starter, ad accounts on Pro. Storage is metered per account too, so you can see how much room your uploads and generated files are using. ### A faster dashboard A broad speed pass across the app: orders and customers load as you scroll instead of all at once, pages carry far less to download, and moving between chats and dashboard pages is noticeably quicker. ### Invoices, tax, and VAT A new Invoices settings page lets you customize your invoice footer and add VAT and tax details. Generated invoices and orders now show tax amounts, so your paperwork is complete and ready for the books. ### One home for your AI assistant settings Your assistant's email address, phone allowlist, and Slack channels now live together on a single AI Assistant settings page — easier to find and manage in one place. ### Auto top-up for AI credits Set a custom top-up amount and let Crevio automatically refill your AI credits when they run low, so your assistant never stops mid-task. Buying credits — one-off or automatic — is part of a paid plan. ### Preview attachments in chat Files you attach in chat now preview inline — including PDFs — and are saved to your media library so you can reuse them anywhere. ### Redesigned chat switcher Searching and switching between chats is faster, with live updates as new conversations come in. ### Your AI assistant remembers more Improved memory means your assistant holds on to more context about you and your business across conversations. ### Behind-the-scenes reliability and security A wave of improvements to keep everything running smoothly: more accurate AI credit charges, faster and more resilient site deployments, and hardening across checkout, subscriptions, and account security. *** ## June 2026 ### Buy a domain without leaving Crevio Search for and purchase a brand-new domain directly inside Crevio. We handle the registration and connect it to your site automatically — no separate registrar account needed. ### Spin up new sites in seconds Create a brand-new site from a simple prompt — or from an existing repository — and your AI assistant builds it for you. A refreshed sites overview makes it easy to jump between everything you're running. ### Control who can see each site Decide who gets in: make a site fully public, limit it to logged-in customers, or restrict it to your team. Visitors are checked at the door before the page ever loads. ### Finer control over AI integrations Set approval rules for individual tools, so you can auto-approve the routine actions and review only the ones that matter. ### More for developers A big expansion of the public API: manage your sites (database queries, deployment history, analytics, secrets, and domains), send and manage email, and generate images, video, audio, and stock photos through native endpoints. We also added endpoints for usage and credits, API key creation, and agent discovery for building autonomous integrations. *** ## May 2026 ### Manage your social media from Crevio Connect your social accounts and schedule, publish, and track posts without leaving Crevio. Reply to, like, and hide comments across platforms — or let your AI assistant handle it all for you. ### Chat with your AI assistant in Slack Bring your AI business assistant into Slack. Message it directly or in a thread, watch its thinking unfold in real time, and get daily summaries of your business delivered to your workspace. ### Form your company without leaving Crevio Register your LLC or business directly inside Crevio. Track your formation status and documents every step of the way. ### Analytics for AI-built sites The sites and apps your AI assistant builds now come with full analytics — page views, visitor sources, UTM tracking, and custom events — right in your dashboard. ### Run multiple sites from one account Your account can now host more than one site, so you can manage several websites or projects side by side. Multiple sites are part of the Business plan. ### Trigger AI tasks from anything Connect external events — a new email, a form submission, an app webhook — to automatically kick off work for your AI assistant. ### Sell in more countries Added support for more payout countries and currencies, including Brazil and Malaysia, plus controls to limit sales to specific countries. ### Sharper lead and conversion tracking Improved Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking means more accurate measurement of leads and sales from your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. ### Referral program upgrades Referral codes are now harder to guess and self-referrals are blocked, keeping your program fair. You can also earn AI credits by sharing Crevio on X. ### Refreshed sign-in A cleaner look for the login and signup pages, with email confirmation added to keep accounts secure and reduce abuse. ### Forms API and OAuth for integrations Developers can now manage forms through the API, including archiving and restoring. The Crevio MCP server also added full OAuth 2.1 support for secure third-party connections. *** ## April 2026 ### Your AI assistant now builds and ships real websites Our biggest update yet. Your AI assistant can now build, deploy, and host complete websites and apps for you — each on its own infrastructure. Describe what you want, and it builds the real thing, not just a mockup. ### A task board for your AI assistant A new Tasks page with a kanban board shows everything your AI assistant is working on. Watch tasks run in real time, schedule recurring work, and review results as they complete. ### AI builds your website during setup New businesses now get a landing page built by AI as part of onboarding — so you start with a real, live page instead of a blank slate. ### Report bugs and suggest features New built-in tools let you report a problem or request a feature without leaving the app. Your feedback goes straight to our team. ### Connect multiple accounts per integration You can now connect more than one account for the same integration — for example, several email or social accounts — and your AI assistant can use them all. ### Reply to your AI assistant by email Replies to Crevio emails now route straight to your AI assistant, so you can keep the conversation going from your inbox. ### No more user limits We removed user-count limits across plans — invite as many team members as you need. ### More API endpoints New endpoints for tasks, reviews, legal pages, tags, and categories.
